Where We Travel
We're based at 910 N Main St in Fuquay-Varina, and most of our calls stay close to home
From here we run out to Angier, about 6 miles off, and we cover Lillington and Buies Creek, both around 13 miles out, plus Coats at 14 miles, Broadway at 18, Benson at 20, and Erwin at 20. That's the working radius, not a marketing claim - it's how far a truck can go and still make it back for the next job the same day.
Across that stretch you've got roughly 9,860 households
With about 4,607 of those in owner-occupied houses. That's a lot of garages, and a lot of different ages of hardware behind those doors. We don't try to cover the whole state. We cover the towns close enough that we can actually show up when something breaks, not just when it's convenient.

Straight Answers
Most of the housing in this area went up between 1959 and 2002, with the median closer to 1979, and the bulk of it sits in that 1960s-to-70s stretch across the seven named areas we work in. That matters for garage doors more than people think. A door and opener installed when a house was built in 1975 is nothing like what goes in today - different spring sizing, different track width, sometimes hardware that nobody manufactures anymore.
We work on steel and wood panel doors, torsion and extension springs, openers old and new, broken cables, bent tracks, and rollers that have worn past the point of just being noisy. Winters here aren't brutal, but they're cold enough that steel contracts, lubricant stiffens, and springs that were already near the end of their cycle count tend to go in January rather than July. That's a cold-moderate climate problem, not a dramatic one, but it's real.
Here's the honest limit: if a door is from the earlier end of that 1959-1979 range and the track or drum hardware is obsolete, we'll tell you straight that replacement is the better call rather than hunting for parts that don't exist anymore. We'd rather say that upfront than have you pay for a repair that doesn't hold.
What Comes Next
Call (984) 290-6885 and tell us what the door is doing - won't open, opens crooked, makes a bang and stops, whatever it is. If you're near Fuquay-Varina, Angier, Lillington, Buies Creek, Coats, Broadway, Benson, or Erwin, we can usually get a truck out without a long wait built into the schedule.
We'll look at the door in front of us, not a generic checklist. Given how much of the stock around here dates to the 60s and 70s, we expect to see older torsion setups and opener motors that have outlived their original owners more than once. If your household income and budget call for a repair over a full replacement, we'll say so - we're not going to push a new door on a spring job. You can also find us at 910 N Main St in Fuquay-Varina if you'd rather stop by than call.
